Webinar: French Administrative Health Care Database (SNDS): Strengths, Limitations and Perspectives for the Largest and Richest Real-World Database in EU

September 22, 2020

Certara’s extensive experience with the recently accessible French administrative healthcare database (SNDS) has provided key insights into how the database can be used for a larger impact on patient access, health technology and public health assessments. As part of the HEOR webinar we will:

  • Provide an overview of the SNDS and the key working practices to access the database
  • Explore similarities and differences with our own and others’ vast experiences of working with US claims databases
  • Highlight strengths and opportunities through case studies and ongoing SNDS developments
  • Present stakeholder perspectives illustrating current and potential benefits to patients, medical practices, health systems and pharmaceutical/biotech companies as well as its foreseen enrichment as the French National Health Data Hub (HDH)

After attending this webinar, participants will:

  • Have an overview of the data available in the SNDS and key requirements for working with the data
  • Understand the strengths and limitations of the SNDS through the lens of comparison with US claims databases
  • Develop an understanding of high value use cases in the coming 2-3 years for pharma and healthcare organizations
