OBJECTIVES: The Health Innovation drive´s approach is intended to build a global movement accelerating the achievement of "health for all" plus Sustainability . Based on pragmatic approach , often successful than an idealistic one , we analyzed innovations initiative regarding incorporation based on models in the scenarios of LMIC to push the Human Development Index. .
METHODS: The studies based on pharmacoeconomic models extracted from : Fecal Imunochemical Test ( FIT ) for colorretal cancer screening . A device breast disease detection and consequences for Breast Cancer treatment . The integration of the patient browser ( Patient Navigator ) into processes of timing to start Cancer treatment ( presented before ISPOR VIENNA ) . The innovative product (wound´s dressing ) in oncological wound healing time .
RESULTS: Regarding patient´s and caregiver´s journey , with technology incorporation , there is no way to detach the unmet need from lack of informations, which hovers the debates about it. Thus the informations passed on, at least are reviewed and verified by stakeholders , given the computer technology and current information. The first FIT analisys demonstrated the cost-effectiveness and even cost savings for screening strategies . The approach to breast care ( CELBREA TM ) showed a complementary modality to mammography and serves as a valuable additional information in the process of Breast Cancer . The third innovation integration of the patient browser ( PN ) into work processes contributed to compliance with the earlier timing to start the treatment . The innovative product (ENDOFORM TM = dressing for wounds) was important in reducing healing time, leading to savings in classic expenses . .
CONCLUSIONS: Due to analisys of the innovative tecnologies benefits , it became clear and transparency , that the stakeholders increased the Human Development Index , in spite of the difficulties to measure mathematically .
