Education with a Social Twist
First-Time Attendee Orientation
Sunday, 9 November
New to ISPOR? Join us for this engaging and informative session designed to help first-time attendees make the most of their experience at ISPOR Europe 2025. You’ll gain insights into the conference structure, key sessions, and networking opportunities while connecting with fellow newcomers and ISPOR leaders. Whether you’re looking to navigate the agenda, maximize learning, or build professional relationships, this session will set you up for success. Don’t miss this chance to start your ISPOR journey with confidence!
Campus Walk & Tap! (Registration Required Below)
Join the ISPOR Student Network for an informal day of touring the University of Glasgow campus, followed by an evening of socializing in a West End Glasgow pub! The campus tour will be held on Sunday, 9 November from 15:00-16:30. Meet the tour director and tour group in the garden in front of the University of Glasgow Concert Hall.
Following the campus tour, students will meet to network and make connections at Dockyard Social, 97-107 Haugh Street, Glasgow, from 17:00-20:00 to fuel up on eats and drinks!
Research Posters

Walk through a gallery of visually stimulating science. This year’s program has 5 poster sessions scheduled throughout the conference. The poster area is an opportunity for you to view and interact with research from a diverse group of scientific and healthcare professionals who are actively involved in the advancement of HEOR.

Have 30 minutes? Join in on a conversation and come away with new perspectives!
Fast Facts sessions offer learning through distilled, fast-paced information sharing. Attendees can interact with knowledge leaders and participate in a conversation to gain a rapid understanding of a valuable subject or attain a greater perspective by listening to information.
This is a non-traditional learning/networking hybrid specifically designed for peer-to-peer learning and small groups of attendees.

Connection Zone

A space for attendees to connect with ideas, concepts, next steps, and most importantly – peers. This non-traditional educational space is an informal lounge encouraging conversations between audiences and knowledge leaders.
Student Network Roundtable: Fostering the Next Generation: Incorporating the Patient Voice into Decision-Making
Monday, 10 November | 11:45 – 12:45 GMT
The ISPOR Student Network Forum offers student attendees the opportunity to hear from experts on a wide range of subjects, from career advice to scientific topics. In this in-person format, the event will welcome presenters to discuss their perspectives on the topic with attendees. The session will conclude with an open discussion and Q&A with the audience.
New Professionals Forum: Networking in 2025: What is Truly Impactful and What Isn’t
Tuesday, 11 November | 11:45 – 12:45 GMT
Graduate school does a great job of teaching technical skills in HEOR. However, early career success also depends on demonstrating competencies in soft skills like influencing, creative problem-solving, leadership behaviors, critical thinking, cross-functional work, and strategic decision making. Join this panel-style discussion to highlight key soft skills and effective ways to learn and develop them in the HEOR workplace.

Path to Wellness Challenge

Join the Path to Wellness Challenge at ISPOR Europe 2025. Participate in a range of wellbeing activities and enjoy some healthy competition with your peers. Earn chances to win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals as you work your way up the leaderboard. The Path to Wellness Challenge will take place on Monday, 10 November beginning at 07:00 and ending Wednesday, 12 November at 11:00. To register for the Path to Wellness Challenge, make sure to download the ISPOR mobile app and look in the menu for Path to Wellness Challenge. A separate app will need to be downloaded.
Morning Yoga | Gala Foyer
Monday, 10 November and Tuesday, 11 November
Join us for morning yoga, a gentle way to wake up, stretch and find focus for the day ahead. The session will begin promptly at 6:30 and last 45 minutes. Mats will be provided. Capacity is limited to 20 participants per session. First come,
first served.
Fun Run | Outside of the Scottish Event Campus by the Armadillo
Monday, 10 November and Tuesday, 11 November
Join fellow attendees for an energizing Fun Run, just under 5K, past Glasgow’s scenic sites around the Scottish Event Campus. The run will start right outside the SEC by the iconic Armadillo. The run will begin at 6:30.
