The venue is also close to a wide range of hotels, restaurants, and cultural attractions, making it an ideal hub for international events.

Universal Accessibility

We strive to hold meetings, conferences, and professional gatherings where no attendee feels excluded due to disabilities, allergies, or personal preferences. We recognize that not all disabilities require accommodations, and some are invisible. While we do not require attendees to disclose their needs, contact us at conferences@ispor.org or complete the accessibility questions during the registration process for individualized support. Please see below for additional information about accessibility at the Austria Center Vienna.

Venue Accessibility

Arrival & Parking:

Accessible parking is available in the Austria Center Vienna car park and surrounding garages, including facilities within Donau City. Designated accessible (barrier-free) parking spaces are typically limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

As many parking facilities availability vary, it is recommended to plan ahead and confirm parking options in advance where possible. A valid disabled parking permit must be displayed in accordance with local regulations.
The surrounding area is modern and pedestrian-friendly, with flat pathways and short walking distances from nearby garages to the venue entrance.

Austria Center Vienna:
• The main entrance is step-free and easily accessible from the Kaisermühlen-VIC U1 metro station.
• Inside, elevators and accessible routes connect all levels of the venue.
• All public restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
• The venue is fully barrier-free and designed to accommodate a wide range of mobility needs.

Entrances & Elevators:
• The center provides elevator access to all floors, with elevators conveniently located throughout the building, typically near escalators and main circulation areas.
• Clearly marked accessible routes help ensure easy navigation between meeting rooms, exhibition halls, and common areas.
