Bnetwork has been appointed as the official and exclusive housing partner for ISPOR Europe 2026. Bnetwork has secured a range of great hotel accommodation options in various categories and price points in the Vienna area. Your hotel reservations will be part of the Conference block, and Bnetwork will be available to provide support before and during the Conference.

Several hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferred rates for the Conference. The hotels are located near the Austria Center Vienna (ACV) and the city center of Vienna and lie within easy reach (10-15 min). Room availability is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Hotel Booking Policies:

Individual Booking Policies:

Advanced Deposit Required: An advanced deposit must accompany all room reservations. Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is required to secure your hotel booking. The remaining 50% will be due on 07 September 2026. From 08 September 2026, and onwards 100% deposit will be immediately due at booking.

*Bookings without payment will not be confirmed

The final invoice shall be settled directly with the hotel, and the pre-paid deposit will be deducted from it. Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Note: the VAT included in the rate is subject to tax law changes. In case of changes in VAT and/or new tax, rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Housing Agent via email at the following address: isporhotels@bnetwork.com. Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. • From confirmation until 07 August 2026, in case of reservation cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 10% of the cost for the canceled nights as administration fees.

  • From 08 August 2026 to 07 September 2026, in case of reservation cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 50% of the cost for the canceled nights as administration fees.
  • From 08 September 2026 to 05 October 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 75% of the cost for the cancelled nights as administration fees.
  • From 06 October 2026, 100% of the night-by-night allotment is due in case of cancellation. No refund can be made.

Cancellations shall be communicated to Bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: isporhotels@bnetwork.com.

If you want to make changes to your reservations, all reservation changes can be made through the booking website at the "My Account" function or in writing via email to isporhotels@bnetwork.com, including your reservation code. Bnetwork will confirm changes within 24 business hours and are subject to availability.

Group Booking Policies

For reservations of 5 or more rooms, you may book online or by contacting Bnetwork directly to complete the booking process. Please contact Bnetwork for further information or special billing arrangements.

Cancellations: Cancellation policies will vary per hotel. Group booking conditions and cancellation procedures are available in the hotel description. Alternatively, you can contact Bnetwork at https://isporhotels.bnetwork.com or isporhotels@bnetwork.com.

 

Important Notice

Some members, conference attendees, and exhibitors have been receiving emails from rogue list brokers claiming to have access to an ISPOR conference attendee list for sale. Please know that ISPOR does not rent, share, or sell your email or physical address to any third parties or list brokers. These companies may mislead event participants by representing themselves as the official congress accommodation provider and may use a range of tactics to deceive including the usage of the ISPOR logo. These scammers are trying to phish for your information and gain access to financial resources. In some cases, event participants have been led to believe that they had made a reservation, only to arrive at the event to find that no reservation has been made and their credit cards may have been charged. Please do not engage with and/or acquire/purchase any reservations from any company claiming to have use of the ISPOR conference database, attendees, or contact information as it puts you and others' contact information at risk.

ISPOR takes this matter very seriously and will do whatever possible to protect our attendees, partners, and exhibitors. We encourage you instead to block the sender and delete the email.
