Ethical and Statistical Issues in the Randomized Controlled Trial Assessing Cost-Effectiveness of Olanzapine Versus Aprepitant

Abstract

 

I recently read the economic evaluation of olanzapine versus aprepitant for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting by Badarudin et al with great interest. I would like to highlight several ethical and methodological concerns regarding their study.
