ISPOR Membership Fee Waiver
ISPOR offers a membership fee waiver to individuals from developing countries (as per the World Bank Classification of Low-Lower/Upper-Middle Income Countries). ISPOR recognizes that these individuals could greatly benefit from the services and information available to ISPOR members and that the Society would greatly benefit by including these individuals as members. ISPOR's mission is to promote health economics and outcomes research excellence to improve decision making for health globally. To be considered for an ISPOR membership fee waiver, please complete the application below.
Must be residing in an economically developing country as per World Bank List.
Must be from one of the following work environments: Hospital | Academia | Managed Care | Clinical/Pharmacy Practice | Individual Consultant | Student.
Must demonstrate a willingness to contribute to the Society.
All fee waiver decisions are taken into consideration based on the merit of the application.
Fee waivers can only be granted for 2 consecutive years.

Each individual must sign into their account and submit their own application. Please do not have someone else submit your application as this will affect how it writes back to your profile.
Please be sure to create a profile for yourself if you do not have an existing one. Please have these documents available before you begin the application: a copy of your CV/Resume and documentation of country of residence (example: copy of driver's license). If you do not include the requested items, your application will not be processed. After completing the application form, please upload the requested documents at the requested places at the bottom of the page. When a completed application including CV/Resume and proof of residency has been received, your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 10 business days of the decision. ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE CONSIDERED CONFIDENTIAL.
