In this presentation we will explore what the 4th Industrial Revolution is, how it impacts on the progressive movement towards digital transformation in our workplace. We will show that there is an inevitable convergence between the health ecosystem and the digital world. Importantly we will link these disruptive changes to how it might advance patient centric approaches in our work and what leaders should be prepared for, how to equip themselves and practical examples to embrace this change. Given our leadership roles in our Chapters, examples and experience of how to lead this change successfully will be explored from a Chapter and Global experience.

After attending this webinar, participants will be able to:
• Understand why digital transformation is here to stay
• How do we retain the patient at the center of this disruptive era?
• The Importance of leaders equipping themselves to respond to these changes
