Allianz MiCo is one of Europe’s largest and most modern convention centers. Located in Milan’s CityLife district, it offers more than 50,000 square meters of exhibition space, over 60 flexible meeting rooms, advanced event technology, and nearby hotels. Its central location, distinctive architecture, accessibility, and commitment to sustainability make it well suited for major international conferences and events.

Venue Accessibility
Allianz MiCo
- Allianz MiCo is wheelchair accessible and was designed to meet applicable accessibility standards for visitors with reduced mobility.
- The main entrance is accessible by ramp, and all levels are connected by lifts, escalators, and stairwells.
- Lift controls include Braille buttons.
- Accessible restrooms are available on every floor and include emergency alarm pull cords.
- Power is available in meeting rooms and halls for attendees who need to operate electromedical equipment. Requests should be coordinated in advance with ISPOR.
- Wide circulation areas and flexible, connected spaces support movement among meeting rooms, exhibition areas, restrooms, refreshment areas, and other event services.
- A complimentary guidance and logistical support service may be requested through the venue’s accessibility service at least five days before the event. Support may include arrival assistance, wayfinding, movement within the venue, departure guidance, and requests for technical comfort items. This service does not provide medical assistance.
Arrival & Parking
- Designated parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are available at Allianz MiCo, subject to availability.
- Attendees requesting the venue’s support service may ask for wayfinding assistance between the parking area and the venue entrance.
Getting There
Allianz MiCo is located in Milan’s CityLife district and is easily reached by public transportation. Portello station on the M5 Lilac Line is just steps from the main entrances. Lotto station on the M1 Red Line and Domodossola station, which serves regional and suburban trains, are also within walking distance. Taxis, buses, trams, and ride-share services provide additional options throughout Milan.

Airport Information
Milan is served by three primary airports: Milan Linate Airport (LIN), Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), and Milan Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY). Linate is closest to the city center and Allianz MiCo, while Malpensa is Milan’s largest international airport. Depending on the arrival airport and schedule, travelers can reach the venue by metro, train, airport bus, taxi, or ride-share.
Transportation options from the airports to Allianz MiCo include:
- Taxi:
- Taxi service is available from Milan’s airports and major train stations. Travel time varies by airport and traffic conditions.
- Metro:
- The closest metro stop is Portello on the M5 Lilac Line, approximately 50 meters from Allianz MiCo’s main entrances. Lotto on the M1 Red Line is also within walking distance.
- From Milan Linate Airport (LIN):
- Take the M4 Blue Line from Linate to San Babila, then transfer to the M1 Red Line toward Rho Fieramilano and get off at Lotto, which is within walking distance of the venue.
- From Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP):
- Take the Malpensa Express to Cadorna, then continue by metro or train toward Lotto, Portello, or Domodossola for convenient access to Allianz MiCo.
- From Milan Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY):
- Airport buses connect Bergamo Airport with Milan Central Station. From Central Station, take the M3 Yellow Line to Zara, then transfer to the M5 Lilac Line toward San Siro Stadio and get off at Portello.
