Hotel Information

Hotel reservations and changes within the ISPOR 2027 room block will be accepted through April 29, 2027. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. On April 29, 2027, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellations

Reservation modifications and/or cancellations must be received on or before April 29, 2027. Cancellations received after April 29, 2027, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes.

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the one-night room and tax deposit will be non-refundable, and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled.

Changes After May 4, 2027

Beginning May 4, 2027, all reservation changes, cancellations, and requests must be made directly with the hotel. Requests for new reservations or additional nights after this date will be subject to hotel availability.

Important: The ISPOR 2027 Hotel Block booking and cancellation policies above supersede the hotel’s standard cancellation policy and any conflicting terms listed on individual hotel confirmation forms.

For groups requiring 10 or more rooms, you can request a dedicated room block for your organization through the ISPOR 2027 housing website.

How to Request a Group Block:

1. Select “Book Your Hotel” above to access the ISPOR 2027 Housing website.
2. Select the “Exhibitor/Group Request a Block” Tab.
3. Create your login credentials and follow the instructions to submit your group block request.

Group Block Deadline

All group block requests and rooming lists must be submitted no later than April 29, 2027. After this date, rooms will not be held without an individual guest name assigned to each reservation and/or final payment.

Advanced Deposit Required

A deposit equal to 100% of the total cost of the group block is required to secure your hotel reservations. The non-refundable deposit will be charged to the payment method on file on April 29, 2027. Group billing requests are subject to the individual hotel’s credit policies. For special billing arrangements, please contact Maritz at least eight weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations: Any cancellations or release of inventory with your group block after April 29, 2027 will be 100% non-refundable. For questions, you can contact Maritz at ISPORExh@Maritz.com.
