Evaluating long term survival of patients on a specific therapy can be difficult due to patient attrition, lack of data completeness and disparate reporting across data sources. In this session, our experts will review a real-world evidence case study on a retrospective, multi-site study in the community setting in which patient outcomes and survival were tracked over a fourteen-year period. We will discuss SoNaR, a research platform that integrates data from across data sources to provide a more in-depth picture of the patient journey, specifically in the community setting - where the majority of patient care is occurring in the United States. We will assess opportunities for continued improvement in collecting data in community practices to continue to bridge the gap between clinical trials and real-world evidence. Understand the value of going beyond the structured datasets and curating data to allow for a complete picture of a patient’s treatment journey.
