OBJECTIVES: Health Transformation Program(http) has been implemented at year 2002 by Ministry of Health(MoH) in Turkey. Now, Turkey has a well established, increased access and single payer system financed by government. Extended access to healthcare system resulted as increased healthcare spendings in years. Depending on that, authorities implemented new policies for controlling especially pharmaceutical price and reimbursement cost which impacts profit of pharmacies. Aim of the study is understand the factors for running an efficient pharmacy under current circumtances. METHODS: A computer based online survey has been emailed to Bursa Pharmacy Chamber(BPC) members. Survey Monkey is used for answer collection. Survey was online from 20th April to 20th June 2017. A preliminary descriptive analysis has been conducted with initial results. RESULTS:
