OBJECTIVES: Effectiveness in the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) is often associated with disease remission and survival. Thus, this study is examining the effectiveness of standard chemotherapy regimen for AML in terms of complete remission (CR) rate and overall survival (OS) on treated patients. METHODS: AML patient’s medical records from January 2008 until December 2013 were extracted from electronic Health Information System based on the assigned inclusion criteria.
