OBJECTIVES: Analyze the relationship of clinical efficacy and trough concentration of Vancomycin treatment on Neonatal Bacterial Sepsis according to the high trough concentration standards. METHODS: Totally 73 neonates with bacterial sepsis were selected in our hospital. Their clinical information, labotatory results and pathogens were collected. Statistical analysis of the clinical efficacy, bacterial clearance rate and plasma concentration data after vancomycin treatment. RESULTS: The clinical total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate were 86.30% and 91.78%.The average trough concentration of vancomycin was(12.57±6.83)mg·L-1
