Factors influencing the deliberative process in health technology assessment (HTA) are complex. This session features studies examining determinants of decision-making in HTA for digital therapeutics and rare diseases, incorporation of societal elements of value in HTA assessment guidelines, and use of machine learning algorithms for HTA planning.
