RESEARCH ON QUALITY OF LIFE AND INFLUENCING FACTORS IN CHINESE POPULATION BASED ON THE EQ-5D-5L, SF-6D AND EBQOL SCALES

OBJECTIVES : To evalute the quality of life of Chinese population and the main influencing factors based on the EQ-5D-5L, SF-6D and EBQoL scales, analyed the quality of life under different connotations. METHODS : Using a quota sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the general population(n=1039) in China based on EQ-5D-5L, SF-6D and EBQoL scales. RESULTS : The mean and 95% confidence intervals of the health utility values obtained by the utility value integral system of the EQ-5D-5L scale were 0.951 (0.946, 0.956). Using range standardization method for standard conversion, The mean and 95% confidence intervals of scores of EQ-5D-5L, SF-6D and EBQoL scales were 0.933 (0.927, 0.940), 0.803 (0.793, 0.812) and 0.624 (0.612, 0.636), respectively. In addition, logistic regression analysis showed that factors such as physical exercise, chronic disease and severe health problems had statisticaliy significance on the score differences of EQ-5D-5L and SF-6D scales (P <0.05). Gender, marital status, alcohol consumption and other factors had statistically significant differences in scores of SF-6D scale (P < 0.05).The factor of education level has statistical significance for the score difference of EBQoL scale (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS : The general population in China based on EQ-5D-5L, SF-6D scales outcome significantly higher EBQoL score. It indicates that most of the general population in China had good physical health status, whereas EBQoL scale measuring low scores shows that research not only evaluating general population health related quality of life,but aslo to pay attention to the external environment impact on people's own health.
