INTRODUCTION: Telemedicine is a health care that has been growing fast lately. telepharmacy is a part of telemedicine which defined as a method of delivering pharmaceutical items and care to various patients via telecommunication.

OBJECTIVES: To assess the pharmacy students understanding of telepharmacy, the skills required, the proper working environment, and attitude toward telepharmacy in Saudi Arabia.

METHODS: This study used a cross-sectional questionnaire to investigate pharmacy students' knowledge, practice, and attitudes toward telepharmacy in Saudi Arabia. The survey was divided into four main parts: First part included questions about student's demographic. Second parts asked students about their knowledge of telepharmacy practice. Third part included questions to students' perception level regarding utilizing telepharmacy. The last part included questions about student's readiness level regarding utilizing telepharmacy. Descriptive data were conducted.

RESULTS: 345 pharmacy students completed the survey. Their average age was 18-25 years with majority were Female (60%) and Students in their fifth (30%), fourth year (22.9%) also knowledgeable about telepharmacy practical concept among pharmacy students was (30%) Their sources from getting knowledge of telepharmacy information is colleagues and social media (58.4%).Almost (53%) of the participants think that telepharmacy did not play a big role during the COVID-19 outbreak around the world, while the majority of participants (46%) are ready to join in a telepharmacy training certificate program.

CONCLUSIONS: Based on result there is a lack of knowledge about telepharmacy, and we recommend that this topic should be taught among Saudi Arabia.
