The PM360 ELITE (Exceptional – Leaders – Innovators – Transformers – Entrepreneurs) awards recognize the most influential people in the health care industry today. PM360 is a leading health-marketing industry trade magazine and information resource. The PM360 ELITE Awards were established in 2015 to recognize individuals who have made a significant impact to the health care industry throughout their careers. In 2014, Berg assumed the role of CEO and Executive Director of ISPOR, the leading global scientific and educational organization for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). In partnership with the ISPOR Board of Directors, Ms. Berg designed and implemented a new strategic plan, mission, and vision that will guide the Society into the future. Prior to joining ISPOR, Berg served as President and CEO of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). Berg’s PM360 ELITE profile article can be viewed here. “Each of the 100 individuals and teams selected truly demonstrated that they have left their mark on this industry,” says Anna Stashower, CEO and Publisher of PM360. “Whether it was from a career worth of accomplishments or a single initiative that changed how things are done, each of them is deserving of being called ELITE.” “I am so honored to be named a PM360 ELITE,” noted Nancy Berg. “The Society’s members and global leaders play a critical role in bringing research excellence into the everyday health care decisions that impact patients’ lives. It is such a privilege to serve as ISPOR’s CEO at a time when the importance of HEOR in health care has never been greater.” Berg and the rest of the PM360 ELITE winners will be honored at a celebratory event on July 12th in New York City at the Top of The Standard rooftop bar.
