OBJECTIVES

:
Real-world data analyses generally use treatment(tx) start and stop dates to define LOT; however, when an electronic health record(EHR) database captures the date of disease progression(PD), this can be used to enhance the definition of LOT. We explored the impact that this has on 2L survival outcomes.

METHODS

:
A retrospective analysis of mPCa patients(pts) treated in US community practice settings was conducted utilizing the Flatiron Health EHR-derived database. Two algorithms were applied to define LOT: tx change or > RESULTS
