OBJECTIVES: Innovative cancer therapies are funded in French hospitals via the “liste-en-sus”, meaning “in addition” to the Diagnosis-Related Group-Based (DRG) financing system. The Health Ministry monthly publishes an updated list, where anticancer drugs are predominantly expensive.
