OBJECTIVES:
The objective of this study is to assess the quality of Mongolian hospitals’ food and its safety. METHODS:
Observation, questionnaire, measurement and documentation methods were used to collect data from 50 health organizations of all 3 levels at urban and rural areas of Mongolia. RESULTS:
