OBJECTIVES: The cost of lost productivity associated with chronic fatigue has been estimated to be more than £75 million per year in the U.K. Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT) based fatigue self-management (FSM) has been shown to be effective in reducing fatigue symptoms.
