OBJECTIVES: Despite recognition of the importance of the patient perspective, patient reported outcomes (PROs) are not routinely integrated into clinical practice, population monitoring, quality control and healthcare services planning. We brought key stakeholders together to identify priorities for a national network to accelerate PRO science and facilitate their use across Canada in clinical care, research, and policy planning.
