OBJECTIVES: To assess the cost-effectiveness of secukinumab compared to second line TNF-inhibitors in patients with psoriasis arthritis (PsA) who were intolerant or had insufficient response to first line biologic treatment with etanercept, in a Swedish setting. Secukinumab has a new mode of action and showed sustainable results even in second line patients, making it a promising alternative to second-line TNFi treatment. METHODS:
