OBJECTIVES: Our study evaluates the preferred methods which the pharmacoeconomic evaluations submitted for reimbursement purposes in Bulgaria are using. METHODS: This is retrospective, descriptive study. We have examined all applications submitted to National Council on Pricing and Reimbursement in 2013 on which positive opinion was issued. Quantitatively and qualitatively descriptive analyses towards the new molecules were carried out based on the submitted pharmacoeconomic evaluations. RESULTS:
