Exclusive ISPOR room rates are noted below:
- Standard Room (Twin or Double): JPY 42,000 per night (single occupancy). Room rates include breakfast, Wi-Fi, service, and fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations fees for hotel accommodations will apply as follows:
- 61-90 days prior : 30% of the total cost of the confirmed reservation
- 31-60 days : 50% of the total amount of the Confirmed Reservation
- 15-30 days : 70% of the total cost of the confirmed reservation
- 2-14 days : 100% of the total cost of the confirmed reservation
- Check-in day or No Show: 100% of the total cost of the confirmed reservation
