Mitch Higashi, PhD, serves as ISPOR’s Chief Partnerships Officer, leading the development of strategic partnerships that advance the Society’s 2030 vision. This vision sees ISPOR as the global platform for HEOR collaboration, innovation, and decision making. He focuses on building long term, mission aligned collaborations with global stakeholders to drive diversified, sustainable growth.

Dr. Higashi is responsible for expanding ISPOR’s role as a trusted convenor—connecting industry, HTA bodies, and policymakers through high impact programs, events, and thought leadership initiatives. His work emphasizes the creation of regional ecosystems that integrate partnerships, chapter activity, and scientific engagement.
