The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the Cutoff Date of Monday, August 31, 2026. Any reservations made after the Cutoff Date shall be at the Hotel’s then current available rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of one night’s room and tax is charged to the credit card given at the time the reservation is booked. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled by 4pm 3 days prior to arrival. Within 3 days, the one night’s room and tax deposit will not be refunded. The departure date must be confirmed at the time of check-in.
