Booking and Cancellation Policies

Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's room rate plus tax at the time of booking. The booking cut-off date is 13 August 2026. After this date, new reservations or extensions at the same rate must be arranged directly with the hotel by contacting Waluka.Amphonsamutra@sheraton.com or res172.RoyalOrchid@sheraton.com.

Cancellations received on or before 13 August 2026 will receive a full refund of the deposit, provided a cancellation confirmation number is obtained. Deposits for reservations canceled after 13 August 2026 are non-refundable.
