Dr. Nirosha Lederer is a pharmaceutical executive, health policy expert, and health economics and outcomes researcher with over 15 years of experience spanning the FDA, Capitol Hill, biopharmaceutical industry, consulting, and academia.

At AstraZeneca, Dr. Lederer serves as Executive Director and Head of Global Policy Evidence, where she built the company's inaugural global health policy evidence generation function, delivering multi-country policy evidence flagship programmes across the North America, Europe, and Asia.

Previously, she led the U.S. Federal Government business at Aetion Inc. (a Datavant Company) and served as Assistant Director of Real World Evidence at the Duke Margolis Center for Health Policy, where she led a PCORI-funded multi-stakeholder initiative on patient engagement in real-world evidence development. She has also head positions on Capitol Hill, US FDA, and Avalere Health.

Dr. Lededer has authored 20+ peer-reviewed publications in journals and has presented at ISPOR, DDW, Milken Institute, DIA, and the National Academies of Sciences. She also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
