Austrian Airlines On-Site Baggage Check-in
Travelling with Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa or SWISS? Enjoy greater convenience at ISPOR Europe with our complimentary on-site baggage check-in service at the Austria Center Vienna. Simply check in your baggage at the venue and enjoy a smoother journey to Vienna Airport.
How it works:
- Visit the on-site baggage check-in desk at the Austria Center Vienna.
- Present your travel documents and check in your baggage.
- Head to Vienna Airport without your checked baggage in tow.
Location:
Next to the Cloakroom, Level 0, Hall E Foyer.
Availability:
November 10 and 11, for Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, or SWISS flights departing at least four hours after baggage drop-off.
Please note that the service is subject to eligibility requirements and applicable baggage regulations.
The on-site baggage check-in service is provided by Austrian Airlines. Any baggage accepted through this service is handled and transported by Austrian Airlines in accordance with its applicable Conditions of Carriage. Participants who have questions regarding their baggage or who wish to report delayed, lost or damaged baggage should contact Austrian Airlines directly. ISPOR acts solely as the event organizer and does not assume responsibility for the handling or transportation of baggage.
