Vienna Tourism Desk: Welcome to Vienna! The Vienna Tourism Information Desk will be available for attendees seeking information on local attractions, sightseeing, dining, transportation, and other visitor resources. Located on Level -2 outside of Exhibit Hall X2.

Hotel Information Desk: The Hotel information desk is available on Level 0, Entrance Hall for attendees with questions about hotels or room accommodations.

We strive to hold meetings, conferences and professional gatherings where no attendee feels excluded due to disabilities, allergies, or personal preferences. We recognize that not all disabilities require accommodation, and some are invisible. Mobility Scooter Rentals:

Electric mobility scooters are available for delivery and pickup at the Austria Center Vienna and hotels near by, with delivery and pickup included in the rental fee.

The minimum rental period is one day. Rates vary depending on the length of the rental. No deposit or credit card is required; payment is made in cash at delivery or pickup, and a short rental agreement is signed at handover.

Availability is confirmed individually based on the requested dates. To reserve a scooter, contact info@mobile4ever.at or submit a request through the provider’s website with your rental dates and delivery address in Vienna. The provider will confirm availability and the total rental price by email. 

Closed captioning will be available for attendees to use on their own mobile devices during sessions.

The Network Exchange: The Network Exchange supported by Mission Partners is a networking lounge located in the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Level -2, Hall X3 for all attendees to use during open Exhibit Hall hours.

The Power-Up Lounge: The Power Up Lounge supported by Alliance Partners is a charging lounge located in the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Level 0, Hall X4 for all attendees to use during open Exhibit Hall hours.

Coffee and Tea Service: Coffee and tea service will be available during the “Coffee and Connect” times listed within the program.
