Poster Resources

These resources are intended for accepted poster presenting authors. If you are a Speaker or Moderator of an Issue Panel, Workshop, Other Breakout Sessions, Spotlight, Podium, HEOR Impact Case, and Forum session, please visit the Speaker Resources page.

Important Dates/Deadlines:

  • Wednesday, March 11 |Last Day to Change Author Listing for Publication
    • Note: You can make changes after this deadline, but they will not be reflected in the Value in Health publication.
    • Email conferences@ispor.org to update your author listings.
  • Thursday, April 9 |Deadline:  Early Registration Cut-off
  • Thursday, April 9 at 10:00AM EDT |Webinar: ISPOR 2026 Poster Presenter Training
  • Friday, April 24 | Deadlines:
  • Wednesday, May 20 | Last day to upload your poster pdf file.
    • Poster upload opened Friday, April 17 and will remain open through the last day of the conference. 
  • Sunday, May 17 – Wednesday, May 20 | ISPOR 2026, Philadelphia, PA, USA

     

    Scientific Poster Printing Pickup Information

    If you utilized Scientific Poster Printing and chose the delivery to the convention center option for your poster printing, here is the important information you need to know for pick up:

    • Location: Grand Hall, Level 200 near the registration desk
    • Hours: Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Monday and Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
      • There are no Wednesday pick-up hours, please have your poster picked up between Sunday and Tuesday. Expect delays for pick-up on Monday morning, plan accordingly.
    • Pick-up: Poster sleeves will be organized and distributed by order numbers only. Be sure you have your order number ready. All order numbers were emailed to whoever submitted the order. If you did not put the order in, make sure you get the order number for the person who did. They will not be able to look you up by name/poster presenter.
    • Contact: If you have any questions for Scientific Poster Printing, please reach out to them directly at info@scientificposterprinting.com. 
    • Onsite Printing: Scientific Poster Printing does not offer onsite printing. There are local printers that you can look up if you need a last-minute poster printed while onsite.

    Registration

    All presenting authors must be registered by April 24 in order to present. We strongly recommend you register by April 9 to save 20% with ISPOR's early registration rates!

    • Scientific Poster Printing- ISPOR has secured special rates with Scientific Poster Printing, allowing you to either ship your poster to a U.S. address or select the convention center pickup option (available onsite Sunday–Wednesday); Print Order deadline is May 6, 2026 (After this date, a slight rush production fee will be required).
