Start planning before arriving at ISPOR 2026 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The information below will guide you on where to go for all your needs while attending the conference from Sunday May 17th to Wednesday May 20th, 2026.

General Information

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi connection will be available for all attendees to use.

Mamava Pod: Located near the Concierge Desk between Halls A and B, on level 200. This is a private, self-contained lactation space. Users can enter, lock the door, and utilize the seating, flat surface, lighting, and power outlets provided. Hours of Operation:

  • Monday, May 18th: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday, May 19th: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

First Aid: Located in the rear of the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Hall A on Level 200.

Philadelphia Tourism Desk: Welcome to Philadelphia! The Hotel information desk for attendees with questions about hotels or room accommodations will be located in concourse area across from the entrance to the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Hall A on Level 200. Hours of operation TBD.

Hotel Information Desk: Welcome to Philadelphia! The Hotel information desk for attendees with questions about hotels or room accommodations will be located in the Grand Hall near the Cloakroom. Hours of operation TBD.

Poster & Exhibit Hall: Located in Hall A on Level 200

  • Wednesday, May 20th: 8:30 am – 11:00 am

The Network Exchange: The Network Exchange supported by Mission Partners is a networking lounge located in the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Hall A, for all attendees to use during open Exhibit Hall hours.

The Power Up Lounge: The Power Up Lounge supported by Alliance Partners is a charging lounge located in the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Hall A, for all attendees to use during open Exhibit Hall hours.

Wellness

Quiet Room: The Quiet Room is a dedicated space for rest, reflection, and prayer, located in room 100 on Level 100.

BeWell Lounge: Visit the BeWell Lounge, located in the Bridge Over Arch foyer space on level 100 to relax, recharge, and refresh as well as add a note to the Gratitude Wall. The BeWell Lounge is meant to be a low-noise area for attendees and will be available throughout the conference.

ISPOR Food and Beverage

Lunch: ISPOR Lunch is in the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Hall A on Level 200.

Please Note: ISPOR does not provide lunch on Sunday, May 17th. Food options are available for purchase on Level 200 in the concourse area of the Poster & Exhibit Hall at Passeros, as well as across the street at the Reading Terminal Market.

Coffee and Tea Service: Coffee and tea service will be available during the “Coffee and Connect” times listed within the program.

Morning Service:

Networking Breakfast Bites: Join us for Networking Breakfast Bites, located in the Poster & Exhibit Hall, Hall A, Level 200, designed to kickstart the final day of ISPOR 2026, with light refreshments and valuable networking opportunities.
