Dr Morales is a senior clinical epidemiologist within the Data Analytics Taskforce at the European Medicines Agency. Prior to this he was a European Commission appointed Independent Scientific Expert to the EMA Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee (PRAC). Dr Morales background is in clinical general practice and has conducted a broad range of real world evidence studies as an academic at the University of Dundee. He has previously been a member of the steering group of the European Network of Centers for Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance, and is currently a co-lead of the EMA European Specialized Expert Community for Real World Data.
