Tom is Rock Health’s President and General Manager. Prior to joining Rock Health, Tom led strategy and business development for a new business entity within the Health Group at Leidos Holdings Inc. His past work includes 15+ years with the Advisory Board where he led the flagship Health Care Advisory Board research membership before leading the firm’s Strategy Consulting practice through its integration into Optum. Tom received a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
