Health & Safety

ISPOR is committed to the health and well-being of our attendees. We are closely monitoring the local and CDC guidance and working with the Georgia World Congress Center safety professionals to develop and execute our health and safety plan. Our health and safety plan will be updated with further details as necessary, please visit this page for the most up-to-date health and safety information.

Attendance Protocols

While ISPOR encourages all registrants to be fully vaccinated before attending the ISPOR 2024 conference, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result is not required for entry into the conference. If you are experiencing symptoms before or during the Conference, we encourage you to take a COVID test before attending the conference. If you test positive or are experiencing symptoms before or during the Conference, we request that you do not attend to protect the health of other attendees.

Onsite Protocols

ISPOR is committed to creating a safe environment for attendees and will follow additional measures to include but not limited to:

  • Contact comfortability—we kindly ask that you respect all comfort levels regarding physical greetings (eg, handshakes) by remaining contact free.
  • Masks are not required onsite; however, disposable masks will be available at registration, for those who would like to wear a mask.
  • Additional hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout the conference.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing will be employed throughout the conference.
  • Food and beverages will be provided in individual packaging whenever possible.

We are continuously evolving health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of attendees; updates will be posted on this page.
