We read with great interest the recent article by Pfaff et al. on the "Cost-effectiveness of a digitally supported care management program for caregivers of people with dementia." The study provides valuable insights into the economic evaluation of such interventions. Although we commend the authors for their comprehensive analysis, we highlight several limitations and propose directions for future research to enhance our understanding of this approach.
