In common with many journals in our field, Value in Health asks authors to make their disclosures according to guidelines developed by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). The Editorial Office received the completed ICMJE Conflict of Interest forms from the authors during the submission process. However, the financial disclosure statement published with this the paper was incomplete.
