Hotel Booking Policies

Individual Booking Policies

The deadline for reserving an individual reservation through ISPOR's Room Block is Friday, April 5th, 2024. based on availability.

If booking by phone, you may contact the hotel of your choice directly and reference the booking code “ISPOR2024”.

Advanced Deposit Required: An advanced deposit must accompany all room reservations. The method of payment that you provide will be charged for one night's room and tax on Friday, April 5th, 2024.

Cancellations: Individuals who cancel their reservations on or after Friday, April 5th, 2024., will forfeit their deposit of one night's room and tax.

Important: The above booking policy supersedes the hotel’s normal cancellation policy for reservations and any terms listed on the individual confirmation forms.

Group Booking Policies

For reservations of 10 or more rooms, reservations can be made online through booking link or by contacting the hotel directly.

All group blocks must be contracted and responsible for 100% of the group block pick-up.

Advanced Deposit Required: An advanced deposit of 50% of the total cost of your group block is required to secure your hotel bookings. The remaining balance will be charged to the method of payment provided on Friday, April 5th, 2024.

Group reservations will not be held without an individual name attached to each reservation and/or final payment after Friday, April 5th, 2024.

All group reservations require an individual payment method (credit card number) for each reservation. For special billing arrangements, contact the hotel sales office directly for assistance. Hotel may cancel any reservations held with duplicate names.

Cancellations: Groups are responsible for 100% of all rooms contracted.

Group billing requests are subject to the hotel’s normal credit policies. Please contact the hotel’s assigned ISPOR event manager directly at least six weeks prior to arrival for special billing arrangements.

IMPORTANT ALERT

Companies may mislead event participants by representing themselves as the official congress accommodation provider and may use a range of tactics to deceive, including the use of the ISPOR logo. In some cases, event participants have been led to believe that they had made a reservation, only to arrive at the event to find that no reservation has been made and their credit cards may have been charged. ISPOR takes this matter very seriously and will do whatever possible to protect our attendees, partners, and exhibitors. We encourage you to block the sender, delete the email, and report scammers to us and/or to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission fraud division.
