Reserving Sponsorships

Sponsorship opportunities for each conference will be available for online booking approximately 12 months prior to each conference. An organization may reserve a sponsorship for up to 2 consecutive years but can only make a reservation for the third consecutive year for that sponsorship 10 months prior to the next conference.
