By Train
From Haneda Airport, take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station and change trains to the JR Yamanote Line that goes in the direction of Shibuya. Get off at Shinjuku Station. It takes about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Shinjuku Station to the hotel.

Attendees may reserve accommodations until Wednesday, August 15 2018; subject to availability.

Discounted room rates for ISPOR delegates at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo are as follows:

• Standard Room: JPY 26,000-/a night or JPY 28, 000-/a night with Breakfast
• Superior Room: JPY 29,000-/a night or JPY 31, 000-/a night with Breakfast

Room rates above are per night, for single occupancy only. Room rates include service, tax, and Wi-Fi.

Group Bookings

Group reservations for more than 10 rooms will be handled separately. Please contact KTA for further information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations fees for hotel accommodations will apply as follows:

• 21 or more days before hotel check-in date - No penalty
• 8-20 days before hotel check-in date - 20% of all charges
• 2-7 days before hotel check-in date - 30% of all charges
• The day before hotel check-in date - 40% of all charges
• On the day of hotel check-in date - 50% of all charges
• 100% of all charges will be applied for guests who do not check-in to the hotel on the day of their confirmed arrival.

Booking and Payment of Individual Hotel Reservation

Upon receipt of the hotel booking, the KTA will charge the total amount of the reservation to the credit card provided. Please note the beneficiary that will appear on your credit card statement for this payment is "KEIO TRAVEL AGENCY CO., LTD."
