If this is not possible you are advised to staff your exhibits during coffee breaks, lunches, and receptions as a minimum, but remain responsible for the security of your exhibit booth/table-top equipment and materials. IMPORTANT: All exhibitors MUST have public liability insurance of not less than One Million Pounds (£1,000,000) Sterling and submit a certificate of insurance no later than 30 days prior to the event to firstname.lastname@example.org. Exhibitors who do not have this minimum insurance coverage will not be allowed to set up or participate at the event.
Freeman will be providing the shell and table top exhibits and can also provide electrical, furniture and carpeting. Internet Access, Business Services and Catering
Exhibitors will need to make arrangements in advance for high-speed Internet connection at their exhibit booth or table-top. The ordering form can be found through the Freeman Exhibitor Manual https://ispor.exhibitionarchitect.co.uk by clicking the optional forms tab.
Any organization hosting an affiliate meeting or exhibitor who wishes to offer food and/or beverage at their booth must make all arrangements directly with the venue and payment is the responsibility of the exhibitor. ISPOR maintains an exclusive Food and Beverage Contract with the venue and no outside catering is permitted. The catering company contracted for ISPOR is in house. More information to follow.
Food & Drink - freshly made sandwiches, morning pastries, champagne, wines, coffee and soft drinks. All delivered with high quality disposable cups, plates and serviettes. We also hire out equipment, including water coolers and Flavia coffee machines, enabling you to provide refreshments to your stands visitors.

One Complimentary Full Event Registration is included with each exhibit space. Please note the complimentary registration does not include membership, short course or any social event option. Individuals who have a complimentary registration may add those options during the registration process.
Please designate your complimentary registration(s) by logging into your Exhibit/Sponsor Account Management Page and following the directions listed there.
All other exhibit or company staff must register as a regular attendee. Register before Tuesday, 19 September 2017 for discounted rates.
ISPOR has not designated an exhibitor hotel as everyone has different needs. There are 4 hotels close to the SEC if being close is important. The Crowne Plaza, which is attached to the SEC, is not available for delegates or exhibitors as they have a very limited room block and have a large local corporate business. The other 3 hotels close by are available through the housing website.
Glasgow City Marketing Bureau is the official accommodation provider for the conference and has negotiated specially discounted rates with a wide range of hotels.

Pre-Event Mailing Labels
ISPOR will provide a set of pre-registrant labels via PDF to exhibitors and sponsors. We will export the list after the early bird registration deadline and email them out on Thursday, 21 September 2017. Attendance of over 4,500 - 5,000 delegates is expected at the ISPOR 20th Annual European Congress. Historically 60-75% of delegates registered by the early registration deadline so you can expect 2,700-3,700 contacts. The labels do not include phone or email and ISPOR does not sell member or delegate lists for any reason, at any time.

The ISPOR Meeting Exhibit Program is considered to be a forum where scientific information may be distributed for commercial purposes. The information distributed at exhibitor displays may not be later advertised as an ISPOR Meeting/Congress presentation. All exhibitors must comply with all applicable copyright laws concerning dissemination of copyrighted scientific literature. (i.e. no scientific articles are to be copied unless the right to make copies and permission is obtained from the publisher, Copyright Clearance Center, or similar organization). Exhibitors wishing to disseminate peer-reviewed journal articles and related content must do so in line with such copyright laws. These laws expressly preclude reproduction of such content without the permission of the copyright holder. Please be advised Exhibitors are permitted to distribute and display promotional materials only within their exhibit space area. ISPOR does not permit the distribution of promotional materials (i.e. flyers, brochures, invitations, giveaways, etc) outside of these areas and prohibits placement of all signage outside your contracted exhibit space. Any items found outside of exhibit table tops will be discarded and future exhibit space assignment will be affected.
