MISSION STATEMENT
- To provide an opportunity for members to become familiar with the affairs of ISPOR as well as have representation in its affairs.
- To increase student knowledge of practices and advances in pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes research from a global perspective
- To serve as a bridge between students interested in pharmacoeconomics and members of the pharmaceutical industry, health care organizations, government, and academia.
- To provide students with opportunities for professional advancement and leadership development.
- To provide an environment where students can share knowledge in pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes research.
- To provide the members with opportunity to enhance their interviewing skills for jobs related to outcomes research.

Assisted Living / Retirement Community Outreach
- To teach older patients about their medication therapy and assist in making substitutions to generics, etc to lower annual costs (possibly avoiding the doughnut hole in Medicare plans.
- Will have a meeting prior to outreach for training by pharmacy faculty.

Mock interview and resume review to prepare for job and internship applications starting early in the year.

- Faculty speakers from industry and clinical on the topics of Pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research
- Student Speakers who are currently doing fellowships in industry
- P4 students having done rotations in industry
