1. Raise awareness and understanding of the role that pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research and analysis plays in the health care and policy systems among researchers, professionals, decision-makers, and the general public in the region.
2. Provide a networking forum for pharmacoeconomics/outcomes professionals.
3. Provide information about ISPOR to students and professionals, who would otherwise be unaware of the organization.
4. Assist regional organizations in finding support for the design and interpretation of pharmacoeconomics/outcomes analysis.
5. Help set the standard for how pharmacoeconomics/outcomes analysis is performed in the region.
