SHORT NOTES
Value in Health accepts short notes as well as full length research
papers. A short note should include original results. Examples of short
notes include papers estimating the cost of illness in a single country or
site of care using standard methods; extensions of previously published
studies that include new results, and reliability and validity studies for
translations of patient reported outcome measures.
A short note should include the same elements as a full length research
paper including Title Page, Key Words, Abstract (150 words), Introduction,
Methods, Results, Conclusions, References, Tables, Figures.
The note should have fewer than 1,500 words and 10 references, and may
include up to 2 short tables or figures. The authors will have the option
of publishing additional materials on the ISPOR website.
