The ISPOR Health Technology Assessment Council (HTA Council) ISPOR HTA Council is an advisory group to ISPOR and the Board of Directors with the goal to bridge the gap between HTA organizations, health care decision-makers and outcomes researchers and to optimize health care decisions using outcomes research. The ISPOR HTA Council consists of HTA Council – North America, HTA Council – Europe, HTA Council – Asia-Pacific, and HTA Council – Latin America. The Korean Society for Molecular and Cellular Biology is pleased to announce and host the 9th International Congress on Cell Biology, (ICCB 2008). The Congress will be held under the auspices of the International Federation for Cell Biology and the Asia-Pacific International Molecular Biology Network, from the 7-10 October 2008 at the COEX in Seoul, South Korea.
