INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING CONTRIBUTED POSTER / PODIUM PRESENTATION(S) FOR THE ISPOR WEBSITE

We invite you to include your poster presentation in the ISPOR Research Digest, an electronic database of over 7000 research presentations presented at ISPOR Annual Meetings/Congress since 1998. Poster/Podium presentation posted on the ISPOR website please follow these steps:
(Your research presentation will not be posted on the ISPOR website until AFTER the indicated meeting or congress. ALL AUTHOR SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED ON THE RELEASE FORM)

	Send your presentation(s) as a presentation file (such as PowerPoint®) or a word document file (such as Word®), or as a pdf file to: presentations@ispor.org. ISPOR will convert all files to a pdf file (if not submitted as a pdf file).
	Complete the POSTER/PODIUM PRESENTATION RELEASE FORM found at www.ispor.org/present_relf.htm. Fax back the completed release form to (609)219-0774.
