Membership Fee Waiver Application

ISPOR offers a membership fee waiver* to individuals from low income countries (as identified by the International Monetary Fund by GDP (PPP) per capita). ISPOR recognizes that individuals from low income countries could greatly benefit from the services and information available to ISPOR members and ISPOR would greatly benefit with these individuals as members in its mission to translate pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research into practice to ensure that globally society allocates scarce healthcare resources wisely, fairly, and efficiently.

Criteria for Acceptance:
  • Must be residing in an economically developing country
  • Must be from one of the following work environments:
    • Hospital
    • Academia
    • Managed Care
    • Clinical/Pharmacy Practice
    • Consulting
    • Student
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to contribute to the Society

The membership fee waiver is for a period of one year. An individual can reapply each year. Current membership rates: (Student Rate: USD$ 35, Standard Rate: USD$ 140).

*The number of fee waivers available each year is limited [based on a percentage of the total ISPOR membership each year].

To be considered for an ISPOR membership fee waiver, complete the application below. After submitting the application form you must also email your CV and documentation of country of residence (example: copy of passport) to membership@ispor.org or fax to 609-219-0774. After receipt of these two required items your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 5 business days.
