Exhibit Booths:

  • 8 feet deep x 10 feet wide.
  • Maximum permitted height: 8 feet
  • Company identification sign included
  • Please note that furniture is not included and must be separately ordered through the exhibit company: Freeman.

Table tops:

  • 6’ skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 waste basket
  • Company identification sign

Please note, the Company identification sign which will be displayed on your booth, as well as exhibitor listing in the Program & Schedule of Events will use your company name as shown  at: Exhibitors List.  Please contact Kelly Clark at kclark@ispor.org if changes are required.

Exhibitor Complimentary Registration:
One complimentary meeting registration is included with each exhibit booth/table top.
Any additional staff that will be at the booth must be registered at: ISPOR 15th Annual International Meeting Registration
The complimentary registration does not include the ISPOR social event and must be purchased separately at:

All staff must be registered.

Exhibit Details:
• The Exhibition Company for this event is Freeman.
• Exhibit kit will be sent to each Exhibitor on or before March 31, 2010.
• The kit includes instructions and forms for ordering electricity,  internet  and telephone services.  
• You may also refer to the kit for ordering all furniture as well as order audio visual and make shipping arrangements.

Freeman On-Site Hours:
Freeman help desk will be available onsite for assistance.  Dates and hours to be determined at a later date.

Exhibit Booth Assignment:
Exhibitor Booth numbers will be available by March 26, 2010 at:  Exhibiting Organizations

Exhibit Hours:
Monday, May 17th: 8:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Tuesday, May 18th: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 19th: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Set Up:
Sunday, May 16th: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Dismantle:
Wednesday, May 19th: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BOOTHS MUST NOT BE DISMANTLED EARLY – PENALTIES WILL APPLY TO EXHIBITORS WHO DO SO.

Exhibitor Advertisements in the Program & Schedule of Events:
The deadline for receipt of advertisements is April 1, 2010.                         
Adverts are placed on the ISPOR website on receipt, therefore early submission is encouraged. Advertising specifications are available at http://www.ispor.org/advertising/finalprg.asp.
If you would like to upgrade your advertisement please contact exhibit@ispor.org for pricing.

Exhibitor Mailing Labels:
Labels will be sent by Federal Express on or before April 16th, 2010. Mailing labels will be sent to the attention of and to the address of the contact information specified on exhibitor contract. If information needs to be edited, you must email Kelly Clark at kclark@ispor.org with corrections by March 8, 2010.
